Our beer

Fundamental is to use quality products and to know the right balance of the ingredients. Hops and grains are grown in our farm, Water comes directly from the Amiata Mountain and the add of Herbs, Fruit and Flowers makes our beer seasonal and related to our territory. Our beers are all different between each other, nothing is standard because nature isn't standard; it's made of varieties, differences, inspiration.

TABLE BEER “TSUKY NO SHOKUTAKU”

Light beer with a velvety palate. A table beer, easy to pair. Reminiscent of the flavours of yeast and the aromas of hops and rye. Clear, elegant beer. Compact foam with a pronounced bubble.

Balanced body, herb notes and spices from the hops, Magnum and Cascade in this case. Golden Amber to copper colour, compact foam with an appealing bitterness taste at the end.

MILD ALE “A GOOD STRONG CUPPA”

British style beer, reason why we called “A GOOD STRONG CUPPA” a English way to call a cup of tea or coffee. Light dark colour derivate from the 5% of our barley and rye, toasted on wood, that we use for this beer. Easy to enjoy it with toasted notes that remind you of barley coffee.

RAW ALE “...SOM PER TRADISJON”

Ancient Norwegian beer style. Raw beer that skip the boiling step during the process of brewing. Resin, herbal and floral notes, cloudy blond colour. Great to match with cheeses, salads and cured meat in general.

OLD ALE “ 100 ANNI COME 1 MESE”

Intense red colour is the “mother” of the others beers. It is a meditation beer full body, rich and strong with a good character but better don't mes up with her. Not too fizzy with a nice and compact foam.

BELGIAN ALE “…..SBUCCIAMI……”

Belgian Style beer rich and intense. Orange's flowers, apple, whitethorn and an hint of anise on the palate. Floral and slightly spicy bouquet on the nose. An Amber colour beer with a creamy foam. Perfect on a Christmas vibe. Matching well with deserts.
