The little berries of Cabernet Sauvignon that we meticulously select from the fields of Casagori. These vines grow on Pliocene soils, rich in red sands and crumbled yellow tuff with a south-west exposure. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and aged for 24 months in French oak barriques. A wine of structure and freshness. We recommend decanting before serving.

The wine is not filtered. A fine deposit may form naturally in the bottle without diminishing the integrity of the wine.
